Your Medicare Questions, Our Answers
What is the advantage of using an independent agent?
The advantage of using an independent agent is that you get personalized service, expert guidance, and access to multiple options—all at no additional cost to you.
Our services are completely free to you because agent commissions are already built into the cost of the policies, meaning working with an agent doesn’t increase what you pay. Instead, you gain the benefit of having a direct, local contact who can guide you through your options, answer questions, and provide support whenever you need it.
Unlike working with a single company, an independent agent offers unbiased recommendations and can compare multiple providers to find the best coverage and pricing for your needs. Plus, you’ll always have someone in your corner to help navigate claims, renewals, and policy adjustments—without any extra cost.
How does Sansón get compensated?
Sanson is compensated directly through insurance companies, meaning our services come at no extra cost to you. We receive the same payment from all providers, ensuring no favoritism—our priority is finding the best coverage for your needs, not pushing a specific company.
When should I contact you about Medicare?
If you’re new to Medicare, reach out at least 90 days before your 65th birthday to ensure a smooth transition. If you already have Medicare or just have general insurance questions, anytime is a good time to contact us—we’re here to help! You can email us at Rodrigo@SansonCT.com or call us at 860-343-6865.
What is the difference between Medicare Advantage and Original Medicare?
Original Medicare (Parts A & B) is government-provided and covers hospital stays and medical services, but it doesn’t include prescription drugs or extra benefits. Medicare Advantage (Part C) is offered by private insurers and often includes additional benefits like dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage. The right choice depends on your healthcare needs and budget.
